Why CPR Training Matters
Cardiac emergencies, accidents, and medical crises can happen anywhere—at home, at work, at school, at church, or during community events. While professional responders provide critical care, the first few minutes of an emergency are often the most important.
In many situations, the first person available to help is not a doctor, nurse, or paramedic. It is a parent, coworker, neighbor, teacher, coach, friend, or passerby.
Learning CPR, AED operation, and First Aid empowers everyday people to become confident first responders in their communities. Quick action can improve outcomes, prevent injuries from worsening, and potentially save lives.
